SCOLA People and Places is a unique virtual album of thousands of photos showcasing foreign locations, cultures, traditions, and more!

Login. Select the People and Places icon on the SCOLA homepage.

After clicking on the People and Places icon on the SCOLA homepage, you are taken to the main People and Places page, where the most recent photos from each country (listed alphabetically) are displayed as thumbnails. Clicking on the thumbnail will take you to that country's page. For more information about viewing photos, see below.

From the main People and Places page, two search options are available: country and topical category. Searches may be performed using one or both of these criteria.

Search pictures by country: select desired country from the drop down menu and click "search" button.

Search pictures by topical category: select desired topic from the drop down menu and click "search" button.

View enlarged image by clicking on any photo thumbnail from either your search results or after clicking on a country page.

View previous or next images by clicking the arrows on the top right of the enlarged image window.

View a slideshow by selecting "Slideshow" in the image window. A slideshow consists of all of the photos resulting from your search on a timed loop.

Save a picture by clicking on the "Download Full Resolution" button in the top right corner. A window will come up and ask where to save the picture, choose where on your computer you would like to save the image.

Start a new search by clicking the Reset button next to Search button in the top navigation bar. This will clear out any previously searched information. Start a new search by country or topical category.
